Chris Couper
Chris Couper is the Executive Director at CouperJones Limited. Chris was previously the Director of Strategic Planning at the University of Greenwich where she drew on her deep understanding of UK HE at both the institutional and national level to provide practical solutions to challenges faced by HE, that are effective and provide value for money.
Chris is an expert in the application of learner analytics within higher education, facilitating strategic design and change management programmes to support students and staff, as approaches to teaching and learning undergo significant change.
Keith Jones
Keith Jones is a Director at CouperJones Limited. Keith, who was previously a Professor of Facilities Management at the University of Greenwich and at Anglia Ruskin University, has over 30 years’ experience as a principal investigator writing and delivering major UK and EU funded research projects in sustainability and resilience to climate change.
Keith’s specific research expertise is in the design and management of transdisciplinary research projects. Keith also has significant experience in research evaluation having been a member of the 2014 and 2021 UK REF Panels for Architecture, Built Environment and Planning.
Keith is currently a member of the EPSRC Peer Review College, the UKRI Talent Peer Review College and The Swedish Research Council’s research review panel. Keith is also actively involved in translating research into international standards in sustainable and resilient facilities management.
